Designing two identical two story villas in Kermanshah, Iran. Client asked for master bedroom with a great view in second floor and a guest master bedroom in the first floor. As the site didn’t have any limitation, we had a lot of choices of how to orient the building. Having a courtyard between two villas provided some privacy and seamlessly connect both villas together.
