Designing five story building with overall 900 sq. Meter in downtown Tehran. Client asked for two bedrooms and spacious living room space. Limitation on the site and following the municipality regulations was a challenge in the project. Based on the plan both bedrooms receive sufficient natural light and modern and minimalistic design developed through the whole building.
